Additional usage above your plan’s included quotas is billed at on-demand rates, or you may upgrade your plan if you expect sustained increases in demand.

How are compute hours determined and priced?

CPU and RAM hours are billed in fractions, not rounded up to the next hour. For example, if your pipeline runs for 30 seconds, you'll only be charged for 30 seconds of CPU or RAM runtime, not a full hour.
