What You’ll Do
Qualify inbound leads from Mage’s massive open-source and Pro funnel; identify the prospects ready for transformation.
Run targeted outbound sequences into data-heavy industries; craft messaging that cuts through noise and lands impactfully.
Research deeply — map organizations, uncover pain points, and identify where Mage’s AI-native data platform creates clear advantage.
Book meetings that matter: convert outreach into qualified opportunities, ensuring alignment with AE goals and ICP fit.
Collaborate with product and marketing to personalize outreach around Mage’s AI Blocks, agentic workflows, and solution templates.
Track rigorously: maintain pipeline hygiene in HubSpot, document every touchpoint, and constantly iterate on approach.
Learn the craft: shadow demos, master discovery calls, and grow into a full-cycle AE role.
Who You Are
Proven pipeline builder — experience in B2B SaaS outbound or inbound sales (or startup hustle that proves you can sell).
Strong communicator — concise writing, clear thinking, confident on calls and async outreach.
Curious and technical-minded — eager to learn about data, AI, and automation platforms.
Organized and metrics-aware — disciplined with CRM hygiene, cadences, and goals.
Resilient and coachable — thrives on feedback and turns rejection into learning.
Startup-ready — fast-moving, resourceful, and hungry to grow into an AE.
