You will partner directly with founders and AEs to engage warm inbound leads from Mage's open-source community and run targeted outbound plays into high-value data and AI accounts.

What you'll do
- Qualify inbound leads from Mage's open-source and Pro funnel.
- Build and run targeted outbound sequences in Apollo for data-intensive industries.
- Research organizations deeply, uncover pain points, and identify where Mage creates a clear advantage.
- Book qualified meetings aligned with AE goals and ICP fit.
- Collaborate with product and marketing on outreach around AI Blocks, agentic workflows, and solution templates.
- Maintain rigorous Attio hygiene and iterate on outreach based on results.
- Shadow demos, master discovery calls, and grow into a full-cycle AE role.

- A proven pipeline builder with B2B SaaS outbound sales experience.
- Strong communicator: concise writing, clear thinking, confident on calls and async outreach.
- Curious and technical-minded, organized, metrics-aware, resilient, coachable, and startup-ready.
