We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager who can turn adoption into advocacy — someone who builds deep relationships, drives measurable outcomes, and helps our customers scale AI in production.

You’ll work directly with founders, product, and sales to onboard new logos, expand existing accounts, and make every customer a long-term champion of Mage AI’s platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the customer journey — from onboarding through expansion; ensure customers realize and communicate the full value of Mage AI.

  • Drive adoption: guide users through building workflows, integrating data, and deploying AI-powered pipelines that matter to their business.

  • Act as the voice of the customer — surface insights to product and engineering to shape roadmap priorities.

  • Build success plans: define outcomes, KPIs, and milestones that align Mage AI’s capabilities to customer goals.

  • Run QBRs and strategic check-ins — quantify ROI, uncover new use cases, and identify expansion paths.

  • Preempt risk: monitor usage signals, detect churn patterns early, and run targeted interventions.

  • Partner with sales to support renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities across business units.

  • Create playbooks for onboarding, enablement, and proactive success motions as the team scales.

Who You Are

  • Experienced CSM or post-sales lead in B2B SaaS — ideally with exposure to data, AI/ML, or developer-focused platforms.

  • Customer-first and technically fluent — comfortable discussing APIs, workflows, and integrations without needing to be an engineer.

  • Exceptional communicator — can translate complex ideas into clear guidance for both execs and operators.

  • Analytical thinker — uses metrics to measure health, adoption, and growth.

  • Process-minded — builds repeatable systems for onboarding and expansion.

  • Trusted partner — balances advocacy for customers with business impact for Mage AI.
