What You’ll Do
Own outbound pipeline generation — research, identify, and engage target accounts that fit Mage AI’s ideal customer profile.
Craft personalized outreach: build sequences, emails, and multi-channel touchpoints that speak to real business challenges.
Collaborate with product marketing to align campaigns with industry narratives (AI automation, data orchestration, intelligent workflows).
Qualify opportunities through thoughtful discovery — understand priorities, timelines, and technical context before handoff.
Experiment with strategy: test new outreach angles, verticals, and messaging; analyze what converts and scale what works.
Partner with AEs to drive early engagement, warm introductions, and handoffs that accelerate the sales cycle.
Maintain precision in HubSpot — update contacts, track sequences, and report progress with clarity and accuracy.
Who You Are
Experience in B2B SaaS or outbound sales (BDR, SDR, or GTM development role).
Excellent communicator — sharp writing, confident presence, and genuine curiosity about customer problems.
Strategic researcher — you enjoy mapping org structures, identifying champions, and tailoring outreach to real pain points.
Analytical thinker — comfortable using data to refine tactics, segment targets, and measure performance.
Curious and technical-minded — eager to understand data, AI, and automation technologies.
Self-starter — thrives in a fast-moving environment where creativity and initiative are rewarded.
Growth-oriented — hungry to evolve into an AE, partnerships, or marketing strategy role as Mage scales.
